A Heartfelt Thank You

Just a short post to thank all of you who follow my blog. I have now reached 1000 followers and am thrilled.

I know it may sound clichéd, but it really is not so much the number of readers that I have, it is the interactions that I have with some of you that makes it so special.

I do love a bit of banter and I get plenty of that, I love to laugh, some of you have me in stitches, you are so funny. I love to learn things, many of you have taught me things, whether it be about blogging, photography or taking part in NaNoWriMo! I enjoy a good story or poem, which I get from you. To put it in a nutshell, between you, I get a good laugh, shed a few tears, become outraged, stretch my brain cells (taking part in some of your challenges), and am inspired by the challenges so many of you have overcome.

The most important thing of all that you have given me, though, is your time; time to read my ramblings, time to comment on something, time to explain something to me, time for encouragement. This I truly appreciate, especially as it is in such short supply.

So, I just want to say again.

  6. Congratulations, Judy. I’ll certainly be cracking the beers open after hearing your news.

    As I have said before, reading your blog, along with your style of writing, is like having you as my next door neighbour. That’s why I enjoy reading your blog so much.

    Onwards and upwards is the only path for you now.

  15. My congratulations, Judy sis! I am not surprised because you are such a lovable person! I appreciate you a lot and it was fun and inspiring from the beginning on! 1000 is only the beginning! I agree, the interaction is what makes us learn so much here, what makes us see behind the scenes and often inspires so much more than the posts themselves.
    I am glad we have you in our blogily as our Ritu sister would say 😘😘😘
